Nadia and I discuss how her experience of rejecting and then embracing her Mauritian heritage, combined with the complexities of the conversations about inclusion that she has had in her DEI workshops, led to her write her book 'Beyond Discomfort: Why inclusive leadership is so hard (and what you can do about it)'.

Nadia is a Chartered Psychologist, MBA and accredited coach with 20 years’ experience in the field of systemic culture change, leadership development and organisational strategy.  She has worked globally to provoke powerful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) conversations at all organisational levels and develop sustainable inclusive leadership practices.
